How we read the Bible is extremely important. It is not enough just to open up our Bibles and start reading the words on the page. We must come to the text in the right manner, both with prayer and with an understanding that ultimately the Bible is about communicating the story of redemption. Matt Chandler speaks very carefully and clearly here about the importance of reading the Bible rightly. It’s not really a road map for you life, he says, it’s a book that drives us to Jesus! We have to get this if we’re going to read it rightly!
