Focus: The theological implications of the Fall and how Common Grace preserves the created order despite human sin.
Primary Text: Common Grace: God’s Gifts for a Fallen World (vol. 2) by Abraham Kuyper
Secondary Text: The City of God (books 14-15) by Augustine
Theological Article: “Common Grace and the Antithesis” by Louis Berkhof
Reflection Question: In what ways does Common Grace mitigate the effects of the Fall? What arguments do both Kuyper and Augustine make regarding the mitigating effect of Common Grace?
