I had high hopes for this book. It’s premise seemed very interesting, but it didn’t quite deliver on what it promised. It’s a decent enough book, but not the one the authors set out to write.

 2) Studies in Leviticus: God is Holy

The holiness of God is a major theme in the book of Leviticus, but it’s explored in a unique fashion through geography and ritual. Next week I’ll unpack those two ideas.

3) Crisis Care Initiative: Developing a Support Network

As I continue to unpack our new Crisis Care Initiative for the CBC Counseling Ministry I’ll look next week at our development of a supportive care network.

4) Ask Pastor Dave: How Can God Be Good If He Allows Sexual Abuse?

This is such a gut wrenching question, but I will do my best to try to sensitively answer it next week.
