The Bible: Not Uniform, But Unified

Too many people, Christians included, view the Bible as a series of disconnected books (or worse disconnected verses). We miss the big picture of the storyline of Scripture, and we miss the developments of themes across the pages of Scripture and through the various books. Justin Taylor has highlighted Dane Ortland’s look at the development of grace throughout the books of the Old Testament. It’s very encouraging to see more discussions like this, at the Biblical Theological level, taking place. I recommend it to you and encourage you to think carefully about the interrelatedness of each book of the Bible.
