I had the joy of taking my daughter to her first ever movie in the theater last week, we went and saw Cars 2. The film is cute and another quality work from the folks at Pixar. Nonetheless I was struck by the fact that the movie applauds Mater’s cultural ignorance and so I shared some of my own thoughts on how the movie does this and why we shouldn’t.
